We're looking for a creative, travel-loving Digital Content Creator to bring our brand to life on Instagram through eye-catching posts, reels, and story content.

Role Summary

As a Digital Content Creator (Intern or Freelancer), you will be responsible for ideating, designing, and producing content for our Instagram page. You’ll work closely with the founder/marketing team to build a consistent, engaging, and visually appealing presence that resonates with our travel audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and create Instagram posts, reels, and stories that align with our brand tone and visual identity

  • Edit photos and videos to create engaging reels using trending sounds, text overlays, transitions, etc.

  • Write short, compelling captions with relevant hashtags and CTAs

  • Stay updated on Instagram trends, especially in travel, lifestyle, and visual storytelling

  • Assist in planning a monthly content calendar

  • Repurpose content from blogs, trip itineraries, and client stories

  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative output

Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about travel, storytelling, and digital content

  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics and understanding of Instagram best practices

  • Proficient in Canva, InShot or similar content creation tools

  • Familiar with Instagram Reels trends, transitions, and audio

  • Excellent English writing skills (captions, hooks, and CTAs)

  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines independently

Nice to Have

  • Photography or video editing skills

We are looking for a motivated Travel Sales Executive to work on leads generated by our marketing team. The ideal candidate will focus on converting these qualified leads into bookings by understanding client needs and offering tailored travel solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and negotiation skills who thrives in a target-driven environment. As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our travel packages, providing expert advice, and driving revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion:

  • Work exclusively on leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
  • Present tailored travel packages.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and close potential leads to bookings.

Client Engagement:

  • Understand client travel needs and recommend tailored travel packages.
  • Convert inquiries into bookings by effectively presenting travel options.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Handle client queries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless travel arrangements.

Itinerary Planning:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to create personalized travel itineraries.
  • Stay updated on destinations, hotels, and travel trends to provide expert advice.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Process bookings, payments, and documentation in a timely manner. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about travel and storytelling.

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Cold Calling Executive to help us generate leads, connect with potential clients, and promote our travel services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads from our database or marketing campaigns

  • Introduce Saffron Miles and clearly explain our travel services (itinerary planning, visa assistance, hotel booking, etc.)

  • Understand customer travel needs and share relevant service offerings

  • Maintain call records and update lead information in CRM or Excel

  • Schedule follow-up calls or meetings with interested leads

  • Share promotional offers, seasonal packages, or tour highlights when applicable

  • Work closely with the marketing/sales team to optimize lead generation efforts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telecalling, cold calling, or telesales (preferably in travel or service industry)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident, polite, and persuasive on the phone

  • Basic knowledge of travel services (flights, hotels, visas, destinations, etc.) is a plus

  • Proficient in Hindi and English (any regional language is a bonus)

  • Ability to use Excel / CRM tools to manage leads

  • Strong follow-up and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in sales or cold calling (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation

  • Knowledge of travel trends and destinations is a plus
