By booking any travel service with Saffron Miles (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“the client,” “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all travel bookings including but not limited to tours, accommodation, flights, transfers, and activities arranged through us.

1. Booking and Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

• By making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of all travellers listed on the booking.

• Bookings are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed until payment is received and confirmation is issued.

2. Payments

• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

• Full payment must be received by 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.

3. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in INR expect for few services where prices could be shared in USD and.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Prices are based on current exchange rates, fuel costs, airline surcharges, and taxes. In the event of significant changes, we reserve the right to adjust the price.

• Once full payment has been received, the price is guaranteed unless changes are made to the booking by the client.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Refer to our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details. Key points include:

• Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation fees.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be issued according to our policy and may be subject to third-party terms.

5. Amendments

• Requests for changes must be made in writing and may incur administrative and supplier fees.

• We do not guarantee that all changes can be accommodated after booking confirmation.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates, etc.) are valid and up to date.

• You must comply with local laws, respect cultural norms, and follow guidance from tour leaders and staff.

• It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking.

7. Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for some trips.

• We are not responsible for any expenses or losses resulting from travel without adequate insurance coverage.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

• Saffron Miles acts only as an agent for third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.) and is not liable for their acts, omissions, or negligence.

• We are not liable for injury, illness, damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by force majeure events including (but not limited to): natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, accidents, or government actions.

• Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid to us for the services in question.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, natural disasters, government restrictions, or labour disputes.

10. Complaints and Claims

• Any complaints must be reported to the tour leader or local supplier immediately to allow the opportunity to resolve the issue.

• If unresolved, complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the end of the trip.

• We aim to resolve disputes amicably but reserve the right to refer unresolved claims to arbitration or court if necessary.

11. Use of Likeness

During your travel, we may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. By booking with us, you grant permission to use such media unless you opt out in writing prior to departure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

13. Use of Website

• The content on our website is for informational purposes only and may not always reflect the latest updates.
• Unauthorized use of the website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or legal action.
